The origin of electronic music started back in the 60’s when pop artists begun to integrate electronic instruments into their songs. Later in the 70’s synth pop and disco captured the music market. But the real revolution of electronic music took place in the 80’s. Due to the fast development of synthesizers and sequencers endless genres (e.g. house, techno, trip hop, downtempo, drum & bass..) were born. The last missing link was filled in our music history!
